TCK6050 CNC Slant Bed Lathe | Handemo Turning Solution
Everyday Turning Without the Drama
A lot of shops just need a slant bed lathe that runs day in and day out on shafts and disc parts. The Handemo TCK6050 is that kind of machine. Nothing flashy, just solid numbers and a layout that works.
Swing over the bed is 560 mm. Max turning diameter sits at 500 mm. Depending on the version you pick, cutting length goes to 550 mm or 1050 mm. The spindle is A2-6 with a 65 mm bore and takes 50 mm bar. Speed range is 50 to 4000 rpm, motor 11/15 kW. X travel is 260 mm, Z is either 630 mm or 1130 mm, and both axes rapid at 15 m/min. The whole machine weighs around 3800 kg.
The Slant Bed Makes a Difference
Chips fall away easier on the inclined bed, so you spend less time clearing the work area. The bed itself is HT300 cast iron. It holds up well under normal loads and keeps vibration down. Most users run it with an 8-inch chuck and a servo turret. Loading is straightforward and tool changes stay quick.
You can put Fanuc, Siemens, GSK or similar systems on it. Whatever your operators already know usually works fine.
What People Actually Run on It
Automotive shafts, hydraulic parts, flanges, general machine components — the usual mix. The 50 mm bar capacity and 500 mm turning diameter cover a lot of common jobs. It’s not the biggest lathe in the Handemo range, but it hits that middle ground where most shops spend their time.
