Key Features

Two Bed Lengths on One Platform

The TCK56 comes in a 500 mm and a 1000 mm turning length. Both share the same 500–560 mm swing, 350 mm maximum cutting diameter, A2-6 spindle nose and 65 mm bore, so moving up to the longer bed does not mean relearning the machine. Z travel goes from 560 mm to 1050 mm and tailseat travel from 450 mm to 950 mm.

65 mm Bore, 8-Inch Chuck

An A2-6 nose with a 65 mm spindle bore and an 8-inch chuck is the standard configuration for general turned parts. It covers shaft work, bushings and hydraulic components that sit in the 280 mm standard cutting diameter range.

30 m/min Rapid Traverse

X and Z both rapid at 30 m/min with 200 mm of X travel. On parts that carry a lot of short features and frequent tool changes, positioning speed is a real part of cycle time.

Horizontal 8-Station Tool Holder

A horizontal 8-station holder is the standard arrangement. It suits bar and chuck work where the tool set is stable across a family of parts, and it keeps the turret simple to set and maintain.

Standard warranty covers the machine tool for 12 months from installation, including spare parts support. Extended warranty and preventive maintenance programs are available on request.

How do you ship the machine and how long does delivery take?

We export worldwide by container or break-bulk shipping with professional packing. Delivery time depends on the destination country and the model ordered. Our export team manages the full logistics process including customs documentation.
